At Androdom (androdom.tr), an official privacy-first web utilities platform operating as part of the www.androdom.com.tr digital ecosystem, your privacy is our absolute priority. This Privacy Policy document outlines our commitment to data security and details how we comply with international and local regulations.
1. Privacy-First & Client-Side Local Processing
Our core philosophy is that your files should never leave your device. All our developer utilities (such as Image Resizer, Image Compressor, Background Remover, and EXIF Cleaner) execute 100% locally in your web browser:
- No File Uploads: Your images, coordinates, and text files are processed on your local machine using browser-native APIs (FileReader and Canvas). No files are uploaded to our servers.
- No Server-Side Storing: Because no file transmission occurs, we have zero capability to access, view, or store your photos or personal data.
- On-Device AI Models: Tools like Background Remover download a small machine-learning model directly to your browser (via WebAssembly) and run it there. The model file is fetched once from our asset host and never transmits your images anywhere — inference happens entirely on your device.
2. Anonymous Traffic Analytics & Advertisements
To analyze general website performance, improve user experience, and cover server hosting costs, we utilize the following third-party services with anonymization features:
- Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous traffic statistics (such as page views, visitor countries, and browser types). We have enabled IP anonymization, meaning Google anonymizes your IP address prior to processing or storage.
- Google Adsense: We may display advertisements provided by Google Adsense. These ads may collect anonymous cookie data to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements.
None of these services have access to, or can intercept, the files or data you process locally inside our tools.
3. Regulatory Compliance
Because our core design prevents the collection, storage, or transmission of personal files, compliance with privacy laws is built-in by design.
EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance
Under the European Union's GDPR, we satisfy all key principles of data minimization and privacy by design. Since no personal data or image payloads are uploaded or stored by Androdom, we naturally prevent any unauthorized processing of personal data.
Turkish KVKK Compliance
In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu - KVKK), personal data must be processed securely. Because Androdom operates entirely client-side without any data transfer of your files to our servers, no personal data processing occurs, and KVKK regulations are fully respected.
4. Proprietary Codebase Notice
The codebase, custom Javascript logics, designs, and styles of Androdom and its subdomain tools are strictly proprietary. We do not share, distribute, or grant codebase access, rights, or licenses to copy or modify the source code to any third party.
